What is a SIPP?

A Self Invested Personal Pension Plan, or SIPP, is a UK HMRC (Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs) approved personal pension scheme designed for holders (known as SIPP members) who want flexibility and control over their investment strategy including the asset classes in which their pension funds are invested. It offers:

Freedom and control to manage the investments that will fund your retirement
Tax relief on your contributions based on your highest marginal rate*
No tax to pay on any dividends or capital gains*

SIPP Trading Through your Account with City Credit Capital

CCC does not act as a SIPP administrator, provider or trustee but offers the facility for you or your appointed investment advisor, with a limited power of attorney, to trade our products** via CCC’s trading platform with funds allocated from your SIPP.

If you already have an existing SIPP and your SIPP administrator, provider or trustee has an existing relationship with CCC, then you can apply for a CCC trading account to trade funds allocated from your SIPP.

If you already have an existing SIPP and your SIPP administrator, provider or trustee does not have an existing relationship with CCC, you can ask them to contact us to establish a relationship. Once this relationship is set up then you can apply for a CCC trading account to trade funds allocated from your SIPP.

If you do not have an existing SIPP you can either set one up with a SIPP administrator, provider or trustee that CCC already has a relationship with and then apply for a CCC trading account to trade funds allocated from your SIPP; or if you would like to set up a SIPP with a SIPP administrator, provider or trustee that CCC does not have a relationship with you can ask them to contact CCC to establish a relationship. Once this relationship is set up then you can apply for a CCC trading account to trade funds allocated from your SIPP.

How do I Apply?

To begin the account opening process, you will first need to complete an application form which is then sent on to the SIPP administrator, provider or trustee.
