How can I deposit funds into my trading account?
You can credit your account by either wire transfer or cheque. Please note that due to money laundering regulations enforced by the Financial Services Authority, we are only allowed to accept funds from our clients' own bank accounts.
Depositing funds via Bank Transfer?
The minimum deposit required to open a Standard Forex or Contracts for Difference Account is USD5,000.00.
Deposits in alternative currencies must match the equivalent US Dollar values.

Do you accept funds through money changers such as Western Union?
Clients may send funds through money changers if the money changer has undergone due diligence testing and has been approved by CCC prior to the transfer; for example, we can not accept Western Union transfers as they do not meet our anti-money laundering requirements. Please contact Customer Services with the details of the changer that you wish to use.
Whenever I send funds, will you send confirmation that you have received my money?
Once funds have been received and credited to your trading account, you will receive an email confirming the credit to your account.
How do I send you a withdrawal request?
If you would like to make a withdrawal, please contact us and advise us of the amount you wish to receive, your customer account number and bank account information required for a wire transfer. As we are regulated by the FSA, any funds deposited must go back to the original source.
How many working days are required to process a withdrawal request?
It is based on how the request was submitted, that the proper remittance information is provided (Swift Code and Account number) along with the form the payment will take, for example into a bank account. As per our Terms & Conditions it may take up to 5 business days to process requests.
Are there any bank charges on a withdrawal / deposit?
CCC will pay up to $20 of the cost of transferring funds to your CCC account. For example, if you transfer $1,000 and only $980 gets credited, CCC will credit $20 to your account. CCC send funds out on a 'shared' basis whereby CCC will pay any fees charged by our bank (HSBC) for withdrawals. You are liable for your banks charges when receiving the funds. However, withdrawal requests less than $1,000 will incur the full cost of the transfer.
Can somebody else trade on my account?
Yes, you can nominate a third party, but you will need to complete and return a Limited Power of Attorney.
How do I change my contact information?
If a problem occurs on your account, it is important for us to be able to contact you. Please ensure that your email address is always up to date and functioning, if necessary, please check to ensure that your email inbox has not exceeded its limit. We send all correspondence via email and it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct contact details. Your trade notifications are proof of the trades that you have made and if you have any kind of query we will ask you for copies of this correspondence. If you move house, please send us a letter confirming your CCC account number, your name and your new address and telephone contact details.
Am I liable for any tax?
You may be liable for tax depending on your circumstances and jurisdiction. Please seek professional advice.
What should I do if my bank details change?
If your personal details change please contact our customer services team.
Can I send and receive money from two different bank accounts in my own name?
CCC can receive funds from any account in your ("the clients") name. Funds may be returned to the account that originally sent funds.
Can I make an internal transfer between my accounts?
You may transfer funds between accounts, although whilst CCC will process your request immediately, inter-account transfers may take up to 24 hours.
